2. Check whether the fans on both sides of the bulb are working normally. If there are any broken fans, please replace them in time;
3: Please open the two shells, and there is a white temperature control in the layer of pattern chip and color chip to see if it is burnt out (if it is broken, it will not destroy the bubble);
4: Open the two shells of the lamp body, and there is a heat dissipation window on the tail of the bulb. After a long time, the wind path will be blocked,
If the cooling window is covered with dust, please clean it (the cooling window should be cleaned once a month for the best effect)
Take apart the shell by ourselves to see if the lamp is deformed. If it is deformed, we will see if the lamp is straightened. If it is not deformed,
Check the circuit and motor from the main board to the XY axis motor,
It's hard for us to turn the normal motor by hand after the lamp is powered on, but it's easy for us to turn the bad motor by hand.
If there is no problem with the motor and circuit, just check whether the reading disk and optocoupler are broken,
After the reading disk and optocoupler are replaced, if the problem is not solved, replace the motherboard.
1: First, check whether the voltage is between 220 V and 230 v. if the voltage exceeds 230 V, it is possible to explode bubbles (so it is suggested that voltage regulators should be installed in various places);
2: In case of bubble explosion, please check whether the bubble is caused by long service life (generally, the normal service life of domestic bulb is within 300-500 hours);
3: Is there a problem with the quality of the bulb?
4: If none of the above three methods is correct, there may be a problem with the ballast.
